FAQ

How long does it take?

Cleaning is currently conducted weekly. We usually require the items for 10 days. 

Items are collected and returned for collection at your nominated pick up point. You will be notified when your item is ready for collection at your nominated location.

While every effort is made to finish the items as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee items will be complete within the given time frame. Quantity of work, and weather conditions can push completion times back a few days.

Do you pick up and deliver?

YES! We currently offer $10 pick up and delivery on the Northern Beaches and we are working towards servicing more areas in the future. Simply call/text to book in your item or check out our online booking system for availability.

Can you remove mould?

Yes. The products we use will kill 99% mould. Usually we can dramatically reduce or completely remove all mould stains, though more severe staining may not completely be removed. Visibly mouldy items will require an extra mould treatment at $30 per whole item sent for cleaning (not charged for individual items)

Are your products safe for my baby?

Yes, everything we use is completely safe and natural.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured.

​

How do I pay for my items?

The Pram Cleaners will send an invoice to your email/mobile phone on completion of the clean and you can choose one of the payment options attached to the invoice. Once the invoice has been paid the pram will be transferred back to your nominated pick up location.

Can you repair my pram?

No. But I work closely with TravelSafe in Brookvale, who can repair all prams.

Can you install my car seat?

Yes. We are RMS-certified child restraint fitters.
